CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES

Group classes are nonrefundable.

Daycare purchases, by the day or packages, are nonrefundable, but daycare can be rescheduled up to 5pm the prior day.

The cutoff for boarding cancellation with refund is 48 hours before start time of boarding. For all boarding over federal holidays, bookings must be cancelled 14 days prior to the start date of boarding to receive a refund.

No shows for daycare & boarding are nonrefundable.

All sales are final on board & train reservations once dates are confirmed via email and the fee is paid.

Fulfillment Policy

Any service purchased through High Drive Dog Company's website will be fulfilled on the date that service was scheduled to begin in the case of classes, or the date(s) you chose in the case of daycare or boarding.
